The Cycle Hub
Please return your completed booking form with full payment no later than 14 days prior to the course
date. Payments for bookings made less than 14 days prior to course date must be sent immediately.
Once the payment has been received you will receive conformation that a place has been reserved for
you on your chosen course.
Minimum numbers:
The minimum numbers of candidates required for a course to run is 3. If this number is not reached 7
days prior to the course date we reserve the right to cancel the course and offer you an alternative date
that meets your requirements.
Minimum age:
All candidates must be 18 years or over.
Cancellation by you:
On receiving written/e-mail notice of your cancellation you will be charged the following part of your total
course cost.
More than 14 days Full refund
Less than 14 days 50%
Less than 7 days 100%
Cancellation by us:
The Cycle Hub will only cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not reached or if it is
forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. If the company cancels your course you will
be offered an alternative. If this is not acceptable the company will offer a full refund.
